Industrial line for for production of corrugated cardboard
Industrial line for for production of corrugated cardboard available in 3, 4, 5 and 7 layers, and the manufacture of two-layer C, B, E corrugated cardboard in rolls and in shape for lining up with paper.
The facility for corrugated cardboard production is equipped with following machines:
- Three lines for production of glued and stitched transport cardboard boxes also available in four-colour print, of which two are CASE MARKERS;
- three automatic lines for production of die-cut (self-folding and glued) boxes, folding and die-cutting machines for smaller series and big packaging sizes;
- gluing machine for boxes for fruits and vegetables (Holandez);
- two gluing machines for die-cut packaging up to 6 corners;
- generating unit for both-size paraffin coated boxes (front side, back side and paraffin coating on print);
- VELOX machine for cross-like inserts for bottle packaging and American boxes of very small sizes;
- BOX MAKER KIRBY machine for production of large-size boxes (for furniture, containers etc);
- other machines such as silkscreen, die-cutter, slitting machine, stitching machines etc.
We are sole manufacturer of waterproof packaging in Croatia.
The total capacity of plant is 25.000 tones of sheets and packaging per year, and that is one of largest packaging production sites in Croatia.
Further modernization of our production process, which includes facilities for the corrugated cardboard production, as well as processing facilities, is in progress because our aim is to offer our clients best-quality packaging and short delivery terms.
